Terms and Conditions – Futbolito Soccer
Effective as of May 21, 2025
By registering a child in any Futbolito Soccer program, including practices, camps, events, private sessions, or adaptive programs, you (the parent/guardian) agree to the terms outlined below. Futbolito Soccer reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and considered effective upon posting.
1. Services Offered
Futbolito Soccer provides early childhood soccer programs for children ages 2–9. Services include weekly practices, private sessions, seasonal camps, birthday events, and adaptive programs. Registration and payment can be completed through our website.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register a participant. By registering, you confirm you are the child’s legal parent or guardian and accept full responsibility for their participation.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Individual Practices:
Bookings for individual practices are non-refundable but you can reschedule for another practice up to 24 hours in advance. In cases of serious injury or emergency, a doctor’s note may be submitted for credit consideration.
Punch Cards:
Punch cards are non-refundable but may be used for any practice, regardless of time or age, and with children in the same account (e.g. siblings). You can reschedule booked practices 24 hours before. In cases of serious injury or emergency, a doctor’s note may be submitted for credit consideration.
Seasonal Program Bookings:
Cancellations requested more than 7 days prior to the program start date are eligible for a refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for refunds. Missed practices are non-refundable and non-transferable. In cases of serious injury or emergency, a doctor’s note may be submitted for credit consideration.
4. Health, Safety & Medical Disclosure
By registering, you confirm your child is healthy and fit to participate in physical activity. You must disclose any medical, behavioral, or support needs at the time of registration and again before the first session.
You are responsible for providing any necessary supplies (e.g., EpiPens, inhalers) and for clearly informing coaches of any specific needs at each session. If a child becomes ill or injured, we will use the emergency contact details provided.
5. Weather Policy
Outdoor Programs:
All sessions run rain or shine. Please dress your child appropriately for the weather.
In the event of severe weather (e.g., lightning, air quality advisories, unsafe temperatures), cancellations may occur. A makeup session or credit will be provided when possible.
Indoor Programs:
While protected from weather, indoor programs may be affected by facility closures or extreme conditions. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible.
6. Code of Conduct
Respectful behaviour is required from all participants and accompanying adults. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
Parents/guardians may be required to participate during sessions, especially for children aged 2–3 or in adaptive programs.
Futbolito Soccer is an inclusive environment. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
7. Limitation of Liability & Waiver
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risk. By registering with Futbolito Soccer, you voluntarily assume all risks on behalf of your child. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Futbolito Soccer, its owners, coaches, staff, volunteers, and partner facilities from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from participation in our programs, including injury, loss, or property damage — whether arising from negligence or unforeseen circumstances. You further agree to sign and abide by the terms in our separate Futbolito Soccer Participation Waiver & Release of Liability, which is required prior to participation.
8. Photo & Media Release
Futbolito Soccer may take photos or videos during sessions for use in promotional materials, including print, digital, and social media platforms. By registering with Futbolito Soccer, the parent/guardian gives permission for photos/videos to be taken. If the parent/guardian doesn’t want photos or videos of their child in promotional materials, they must email us at info@futbolitosoccer.ca to opt out, and Futbolito Soccer will make reasonable efforts to exclude or obscure their child’s image in promotional materials.
9. Privacy & Personal Information
Futbolito Soccer collects only the personal information required to deliver our services and communicate with families. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

10. Public Health & COVID-19 Policy
Futbolito Soccer complies with provincial public health guidance. We may adjust or cancel programs as required by health orders. Credit or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in such cases. Children must stay home if unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, text, class materials, and images, is the intellectual property of Futbolito Soccer. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation or use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
